I don't have much info right now but there may be someone impersonating a few Canadian sources. I could be wrong but I have a bad feeling about this

If you do a source check with a mod/vet make sure you include the full email addy.

Thanks for the heads up, this sure isn't the first time sources or references were impersonated. Also good advice given, to include full e-mail addy.

More info: He may be impersonating 2 well known Spectro sources!!!

This guy is fuckin' clever, the difference between him and the real sources is barely noticeable.

Fuck, more info to come.

Andy, check your mail

That's pretty slick. I did something similar to a company that I used to work for. I hacked in to their server, and changed the autoexec.ncf file (that is the startup file for Novell netware servers). Instead of loading the driver aix101.exe, i changed it to aixlol.exe. This was the driver for the network card on the server. Next, I changed a batch file that loads the accounting software. When people clicked on the batch file (desktop icon) a message came up that said "resources low, please reboot server immediately". So now everyone in accounting calls I.S. department (which I used to run). Naturally, the new idiot runnin IS without investigating, just did the easy thing....he rebooted the server. Now my aixlol.exe comes into play. It doesn't load the network driver for the server and now the entire network is down. They fought it for 3 days before they called me to see if I knew of any fixes (which of course I did). They paid me a premium hourly wage to fix the problem. I took my good old time to fix it of course.
