Hello im new here but i was wondering if some people could help me out.i got puffy nipples and some days sore some days not i have no lums behind my nipple and is very soft fat im 170 pounds is there anything i can take to reduce this naturally with chrysine or something?what are some other signs of gyno? thanks alot for youre time
