possible gyno?

ok im on the last injection day of a 15 week cycle
1-12 was 300mg cyp e3d, tren 80 mg eod, 6-12 added 50mg winny ed
weeks 12-13 added 500iu hcg ed
13-15 100mg test prop eod, 100mg masteron eod, tren 40mg ed
my question is how fast can signs of gyno occur? this was my last day of any injetion and the first day i have ever felt anything in my chest (i did inject into my chest and is a bit sore, but that is nothing new, it just does feel the same as im used to....advice please!!!
