But honey, you're one of the ones who talk shit. You're bound and determined not to let what anyone says bother you, but you paint all information in the same brushstroke. When you have people saying tone it down, they're not trying to curb your enthusiasm, they're trying to, politely, point out that you're being abrasive (and yes, this is the internet, but for a lot of us, EF is a part of our life in some way or another).
You're a young man, with a lot of enthusiasm for his subject, I applaud that. However, you are far from an expert. Here's a little something to make you think: I've been weight training since you were 7; there are plenty of people on this board who have been training since before you were born. If you would JUST rein in your attitude a bit, you would stop rubbing everyone's fur in the wrong direction. You could be our star pupil for heaven's sake. Yes, you made VERY, VERY good gains, but you are a VERY young man and you started out very slim.
Here's a good example, you can't keep living on protein shakes, that's not healthy. You're gonna have to get creative, because I'm telling you, you abuse your body NOW you will pay in time (speaking from experience here, kiddo).
