I'm 6' 225 about 12% bf and will begin bulking very soon. This will be the first time I've made such an attempt.

I'll avoid a flashy comeback. Obviously, I'm bit more mature than you.

For those interested, I'm simply having to give up powerlifting and pursue a new avenue of training due to lower back problems. It's a whole new type of training for me and I'm looking forward to packing on some mass rather than trying to make a weight class.
