I have the MPIO FL100 as well...no complaints except for battery life.

If you're going to go flash, go iRiver. The iRiver iFP-390T is pretty nice and fairly cheap at $160.

i have a rio sport, i like it, and it does come with the arm band, but i dont run much

my friend has the iriver, and he likes his
he runs a lot too, so that one wont skip on ya

I love my MPIO FL100. It has a comfortable armband pocket which is snug enough to keep from coming loose while I'm running. It can hold 256 megs + SD memory. (I have an extra 256 for a total of close to 200 mp3's)

It rocks, but you better buy rechargable AAA's NIMH if you pump up the volume...
