Porsche 911 beats out 'Vette and Viper

lol @ Porsche selling the coupe more expensive than the cabrio, only company in the world that does that.

BMW Z4 Coupe, or whatever they call it.

The Twatrag and Cayenne aren't nearly as ugly as the other big SUVs.

I must be the only one that likes the Cayenne. I think they're good looking, they drive nice too. They don't have that much room though. The Q7's solid.

I like the Cayenne. Good looking and amazing specs.

Viper all the way. May not be the best performer, but will get you the most .....haha.
Porsche is nice, but way too common, you will always be longing for the turbo or GT3 at least...

I had a 996 carrera with Aerokit, rims looked awesome but at the same time, very docile and boring. GOod performer, but just not for me.

911 is the benchmark for sport cars. RWD with rear flat-engine (not mid-engine as with most exotics), incredible handling and a lot more.

And why, exactly, do you feel that rear-engine is superior to mid-engine?

The 911 is great DESPITE its rear-engine layout, not because of it.

Have you ever lost control with a mid-engine ? It basically does a 360 until it stop on its own. Rear engine is uncommon I agree but when you lose control, it's easier to get back on the track. Maybe not the perfect 50-50 ratio but after all these years, I guess Porsche found something on the rear-engine setup that we dont know yet....
