Pork Chops

i was forced into having Porkchops this evening for my 6th meal, they were lean however i was wondering if anyone could hook me up with some nutritional facts about them....and is it ok to eat them as a protein source on occasion?:)

Pork is much leaner than it was five or ten years ago. New raising methods make it lean if you get loin. Don't feel guilty about eating it.
 
yes, pork is not that fatty meat it used to be

I have even found lean ham with just 1% fat (less than chicken !)
