Popped my cherry, OUCH!!! QV enth hurts...

I did my first shot. Went in easy, and didn't hurt. But a few hours later it hurt to sit down. Now 2 days later it hurts the worst yet. How long till this subsides? I'm gonna try the tricks of heating next time along with heat massage.

I have never had any discomfort with QV...But if ti is your first time it may explain it...When I first used brove t-200 I could barely walk...Now it is nothing to do 1 gram a week...
