With summer coming and higher temperature I'm consuming more pop (diet of course) even though I know I shoudn't

How much are you consuming per day (in cans or liters) ?

Right now......none -- haven't bought any lately. I've been drinking this Fruit 2o stuff which is non carbonated fruit flavored water that's 0,0,0

I haven't drank soda, by its own in ages. Granted the last time I drank diet coke was last weekend with my Jack Daniels, but water and tea will always get my vote over any pop, hands down

Which tea has the most or which kinds of teas have the most caffeine? Important if we are going to replace such important items as diet soda & coffee

The only time I drink soda is when I'm at the bars.. jim beam and diet coke, thats it. Other than that it's water, or a whey shake!

where are you all from? People say "pop" around here but I still know what soda IS

lipton green tea has around 40mg of caffiene per cup....that's equal to about half a cup of coffee
