They said that they didnt have enough facts to go in and take the kids so they are returning them..... There is no signs of abuse according to the documents released by the state.

oh yea, they ALWAYS claim to have evidence in ANY case they have. ive been a victim of the so called "evidence" they claimed to have. i almost choked the assholes pushing it. then at the end they say "sorry, we were just doing our job." they are aloud to lie about evidence they have and dont have just to get you to confess.... fuggin morons.

the city and state tried to come after me for turning my utilites on at one of the house i owned thast wasnt being rented, yes i did hook the electritcy up, and rig the meter, but they had no proof I did it, they tried saying they had finger prints and dna all over the meter, and it was going to the crime lab for analysis, i told them to prove it and i would get my attourney involved, havent heard from them since been over a year.

Then there is this part:

"The court said the state failed to show that any more than five of the teenage girls were being sexually abused, and offered no evidence of sexual or physical abuse against the other children. Half the youngsters taken from the ranch were 5 or younger. Only a few dozen are teenage girls."
"The court also said the state was wrong to consider the entire ranch as a single household and to seize all the children because some parents in the home might be abusers."
That last part is what's most ridiculous to me. Should CPS empty-out a subdivision of children because the house on the corner has a guy who *might* abuse one of the kids?

You know, you don't really know what to beleive anymore. Those women were hysterically wailing when they took the kids away. I can't even imagine how painful it would be to have someone take my child and accuse me of abuse. Holy cow.
