If you pick the right cycle, keep on or even improve your diet, choose and continue consistent appropriate workouts, the anabolics will help you build the muscles and in turn that can of course help you lose or burn 'the fat'.

There's a lot more science to it than my example, but to assume you have to only be 'ripped' to get any benefits from anabolics is short sighted and narrow minded, not to mention under educated on their many uses and an individual's personal goals. Not everyone who uses them is going to be a competitive BB.
 
Then more than ever....if you're 25% BF and you take test/primo and diet low carbs/low cals for 2 months and lift hard 5 days a week...no miss days or cheating..the results would be awesome.
 
Look the reason people knock it is cus typically guys in those hi-ranges usually dont have their Diet dialed in (obviously) and probably could make a lot of natty gains and improvements, through natty hard training and dieting by the book

absolutely aas supplementation can send your journey on hyperspeed.
 
sure man, hit a mild cycle of test, that's all, lift hard and heavy, get your diet in check. get plenty of protein, hit the treadmill for low rpm cardio. keep your heart rate in zone 1 for most of your cardio. if you do low rpm cardio 6 days a weak, and high intensity cardio on the 7th, you'll shed some bf. i'd hit the cardio at least everyday, with an ab workout daily as well. building your core builds your foundation. the muscle you put on will also aid in fat burning, adding mass increases your resting metabolic rate, meaning you burn more calories at rest. blah blah, you get the point. you'll have to work at it, it's not like you'll inject something in your ass and start losing weight.

Yes of course you are correct in your statement, I guess I was just being a bit of an arsehole, my apologies.
 
I was gunna say no way.. but I change that... it DOES depend on your goals... all the fatter guys'll say ya.. and all the skinny dudes will say no... but certainly they have there place...
 
Absolutely, but just test until I got everything else under control. It would suck to start out with tits before even starting the first cycle, lol
 
it doesn't depend on your bf as to whether you should gear up or not.. the fact is MOST (not all) peeps that are above 20-25% bf do not have any base muscle to grow and add on to. IF you trim down with cardio and lifting BEFORE gearing up-- then you can pretty much guarantee you have a base. Gear is not for everyone who wants a quick fix to fitness.. it is to take you to the next level when nothing else can within reason. If you just decide one day to hop up off the couch and stop eating shit and gear up instantly--- that is just ASKING for injury down the road.. you have to condition your bones/tendons/and muscles before sauce hopping...
