with the exception of anabolic steroids, what is the most anabolic supplment that you've used in your life.
 
#1. sugars and carbs
the most anabolic besides a food product would have to be creatine.

Working at D'Angelos and having a Steak and Cheese everyday for lunch. And no I didnt get fat because I added hot peppers, a potent metabolic enhancer.

even protiens arent that worthy if u asked me !
i only use protien while cutting , but for bulking it always plain food !!

5-Diol 250 and 19-Nor 250 stack! I smashed through all of my plateaus! My only complaint was the cost. If you have money to burn go for it. If not, stick to multivitamin, protein, extra vitamin C and E.

Im harcore..I don't need protein...hahaha....j/k If I was you I would make a new poll and don't put protein on their because that really isn't a supplement, it is a necessity.

Since the thread is asking which "Supplement" is the most
anabolic, I don't think Protien should be considered a "supplement". It's more of a food that is essential for growth.
You can (and most do) supplement Protien because it's not
easy to take in 400 grams a day. I will say "Creatine" would
be the most Anabolic supplement I have used...so far. From
research (haven't started..yet) I think ALA will actually be BETTER
then Creatine. This combo (Creatine and ALA) will work VERY
well together.

The question itself does not make sense. Steroids are anabolic, suppliments are not. Lots of calories will enable a natural anabolic environment and after a while turn you into a fat ass, but you sure will lift more by stuffing your gut everyday. All those who mention protien should have mentioned carbs too. Your workouts will suck without them and you need carbs with protien for protien to do the job you want it too, that is build muscle. Creatine adds to ATP in the muscle and will give you a few more reps in the gym. Anabolic? No.

Thanks for the basic supplement info that everyone who replied already knows. The question should probably be, "which of these has given you the best overall gains." I think everyone answered with that in mind.

Tuna before bed gets me bigger over night. Protein shakes are good pwo, and that's it. I'll stick to my egg whites, chicken, nuts, pasta, rice, veggies, bananas and tuna for real growth.
 
MBI's Nitric Oxide, other than that I would have to say M1T, ect; but you can't get you're hands on that stuff anymore.

I agree with the other guys saying that protein isnt a supplement but a daily routine to take more.. protein. Creatine and liquid anino for me.
 
I think Vitamin B12 in the form of Cianocobalamine works quite well. Here in Spain
you can get it at the pharmacy as a drug called "Trofalgon" designed for lactose
intolerant babies. I am basing the idea it works on the grounds that the drug is a
banned supstance in competitive sports here, under the catergory of Anabolics.
If it didnt work why would they ban it ? I have no actual empiric evidence it work though.
