how long do you stay on??????????

what is the average length of time everyone stays on cycle for. Not
including PCT. I know it depends on what cycle and so on. just give an
average time frame. For me I would say about 8 weeks max.
 
Good post, I am running eq, test, and primo for 15 weeks. This is a first for me, normally its 8 weeks so I would like to hear some expert opinions on the good and bad of longer cycles.
 
I've read alot of posts lately about short cycles being the way to go to allow for proper and quick recovery. I feel that longer cycles and longer off-cycles (up to 6 months each) are more beneficial because it allows your "true recovery".
 
usually 16 weeks on and then i have usually gone a couple years between cycles, However, I do plan on starting fairly soon and will be on for 16 weeks (Bulking) then off for 4 weeks and back on 12 weeks (cutting) then off 8 weeks and start all over again. I plan to do this as long as it takes. For what??? Well, until I feel like it's enough...

Nothing unmanageable, or serious.

Biggest problem at older ages is injury, becomes part of your life.


Occasionally, will develop slight gyno, so I nail the aifm, novladex liquidex, when that happens

And when bulking I have a tendency to over bulk,

The biggest side is that it is a physical, mental, financial, time consuming, commitment. And even though not the most important thing in my life, I have a tendency to prioritize it.

I May be late to church tomorrow with my wife and kids, but I will not miss the gym.


Just started cutting this month, I would like to get my waist down to 28 inches,
I am 5’5” inches, 56 years old 44 inch chest..

Now that I have started, dieting, focusing etc, I will not stop until I reach that goal.

I agree with that. I tink it is insane to stay on for extended periods of time. I keep it short an so far (knock on wood) my body rebounds just fine.

I have read too many posts of people saying they don't mind if they screw up their system and have to go the HRT route. Screw sticking myself every week for the rest of my life when I can do small cycles and rebound. I'm in this game to improve my natural condition - not to become totally reliant on a 10ml vial.

Regardless of your cycle time,


I think the gear stops improving your results after 12-16 weeks,

Depending on the gear.

So, I recommend you switch your cycle every 12-16 weeks, a break is probably smart.


I have never bridged, don’t really understand it, but I stay on test all the time.


Nice cycle:


Tren/Fina 100mg per day week 1-6
Russian D-bol 50mg per day week 1-6
Test E 600 mg per week week 1-14
Primo 600mg per week week 1-14
Winny 50mg per week week 9-14

Anti E use Liquidex, AIFM, novadex, this cycle doesn’t give a lot of gyno for me, may go bald but that’s another issue.

Weeks 14-18

Clomid, HCG, Nolvdex, AIFM


Weeks 19-30

Test E at 600mg per week
Deca at 600mg per week


Then go buy new clothes, and invest in a grocery store and try and stop scaring little kids that stare at you.
