Just wanted to see what alot of you guys are acording to these terms. Me personally i am a mesomorph. Definetions are below.

MESOMORPH
Athletic
Hard Body
Mature Muscle Mass
Muscular Body
Excellent Posture
Gains Muscle Easily
Gains Fat More Easily Than Ectomorphs
Thick Skin

ECTOMORPH
Hard Gainer
Delicate Built Body
Flat Chest
Fragile
Lean
Lightly Muscled
Small Shouldered
Takes Longer to Gain Muscle
Thin

ENDOMORPH
Naturally Heavy
Fat Generally Conventraited to the Abdominal Area
 
I think I'm about 6 meso, 3 Endo, and 3 ecto, if that's possible.

But I strongly disagree at Michael Jordon being a pure Meso.
 
I think I'm roughly a 3endo, 3 meso, 5 ecto. Hope this is a viable option and I don't look stupid!! lol

masonweitzel Narrow it down... I might add that it alos has to do with bone structure\layout. In addition, you cannot move from one to the other.. since is very unlike that you will change your bone structure\layout. You migth bulk up, or trin down, but you will still be what you started with!

I got those from another site. I mean you can look at those and see them go both ways or fall into all of them. They are very broad.
 
I am Endo all the way but in recent years have becoming much more Meso

it has to do with my gradual evolution do to training and eating right
 
I got forearms bigger than Michael Jordans calfs - he's not a pure meso IMHO
Myself = ecto/meso combo. I prolly look like a endo/meso - but that's from force feeding myself - lol.
 
really??? you strike me as more endo/meso to me, your ratio is higher meso

That's a hellava post! Props Bro.
Before I started training I weighed 176 at 6'6" , I looked like a holocost survivor. I still have the small wrists, elbows, hips, ankles and especially knees. After 18+ years of training I still get overtrained easily.
Knowing your somatotype is valueable in planning a training and nutritional program, but I think you need to look at where you started and not where you are now (after years of training, gear, and force feedings), to get a good stratagy planned.
