All that will do is ensure you piss them off as legally as long as he was not supplying AAS and they were all real (i.e. not fake) he has not commited an offence so what need for an attourney?

Agreed, having the juice isn't against the law so it is rightfully returned back to him. From what i remember, the period for holding these things is set to a maximum of 10 weeks with juice for testing purposes but you will often find police will use 'their better judgement' than sanctioning a test (ie, the fact the guy is a 300lb monster).
