bah.. i'm bigger than that now..
the new avatar is actually when i was about in the best shape of my life.. i held it for 6 months or so.. til i broke my hand.. then i went to shit..
the calender pic.. i was 176lbs or so.. and all i did was run..
the new avatar was a year ago.. i was 190lbs.. and i think around 5-7% bf...
now.. i'm at around 208 and about 12-13% bf...
but with a lil help from ma nigga crumcake.. i hope to be about 208 and 7-8% bf in eight weeks..
