Pointy nipples = gyno?

Anybody know if pointy nipples are gyno related? if so, would letrozole be of any help?

I was taking arimidex EOD while on a test only cycle. I did have letro on hand however didnt use it since i wasnt experiencing major gyno symptoms. I have been on a few prohoromone cycles a while back and didnt use any AI back then due to lack of knowledge.
