If you still live at home you should be using gear! But if you must, P.O boxes work good, just make sure you get one large enough. In my state, it takes more personal info to open one up that getting a drivers lic.

The USPS has regulations governing PO Boxes. Not all PO's follow them strictly though (lazy postal workers). I believe it takes two forms of ID and proof of residence. PO's in rural areas are generally the best places to go (from my experience). It costs less and the people are a bit more laid back.

Go to post office or UPS store and rent a box.

yeah, sucks you can't just open one up without all the ID's and fingerprints and shit.....they will need to insert a fucking transmitter under your fucking skin before you know it....

go and get one at a 24 houre place.one that has nothing to do with the postel service or ups.something like postbox express would be good.these places dont give a fuck what youre getting and could care less who you are just as long as you pay them.

in my town they want to see photo id , some second proof car insurance home mortage or a home phone bills. they are becomming real assholes

if you plan to receive gear from Europe,just avoid P.O.Box...

MBE is the best place IMO and its opened 24hrs, dont use fake info though, that just adds mal fraud, which is a felony if you do get caught.
