check out this page about cabergoline (dostinex), it states ::
Cabergoline is a white powder soluble in ethyl alcohol, chloroform, and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF); slightly soluble in 0.1N hydrochloric acid; very slightly soluble in n-hexane; and insoluble in water.
so I just don't see how they could sell it in water if it is insoluble...maybe they found some other liquid it is soluble in? but I agree with slimjim300
yes, that's true...I wouldn't buy liquid dostinex from pnp as it's not stable in liquid and god knows what pnp are putting in there after the experiences I've heard about liquid dostinex.
