PMB ( Private Mail Boxes ) Questions

Ok first off, Im a new member here. I mostly came here because the forums I normally visit dont have forums to address these issues specifically.

Im considering purchasing some gear via the net through a website. I know, most or all of them are likely scammers. But I was told about one place, and have done enough research in this site to believe that there is a very good chance I will get legit gear from them.

Previsouly my ( very ) limited experience with gear has been through a pharmacy via prescription, but that method has dried up for me.

My question mainly concerns the use of Private MailBoxes ( PMB's ) as way to avoid detection by authorities. Im not overly concerned about the gear being confiscated because the source will refund or reship. Im mainly concerned with getting into legal trouble and spending $$$ clearing myself.

So to people who have used them ( PMBs )

1.) Are they a good investment?
2.) Do you use a real name? I mean, the one I looked into required a credit card, but my name is on my credit card - how can that be anonymous?
3.) Are there places that will open up a PMB with just cash and no ID?
4.) Is there any concern that authorities may stake out the place to nab a user for a small amount of gear ( say ~300$ worth ).
5.) What possible legal defense would I have if I do get busted?
6.) Anything else I should be aware of if I decide to use one?

Any help would be appreciated.

Here are my personal answers:
1. that's up to you, whether you work out hard and heavy, eat plenty and healthy and so forth. The juice works and works good if legit and properly used.
2. It doesn't make any difference. Using credit a card is "no no". Is not anonymous and it's likely to be setup. If busted it's a clear evidence about who placed the order (means you're nailed).
3. Most PMB's need 2 pic ID's. I'm not aware of any who doesnt ask for at least one form of pic.id. HInt: I've heard that 24 hour PMB is the best way to go so u can get your stuff around midnight. It's easier to check that you are not being followed.
4. It all depends. It seems like they are after big time dealers, however I've heard and seen enough shit to say that they're cracking down on almost everyone, regardless amounts of gear.
5. There's a book by Rick Collins. This book addresses most of the issues of your concern. Actually, the book is information from a true legal professional who knows what he's talking about. This book is "a must" if u want to try a mail order.
6. Don't take my answers for granted. Read throughout the threads posted in this forum. You'll find good info.

After all, it's up to you and by no means I'm encouraging you to go ahead and do it.

So whats a good gameplan how to circumvent the photo id issue? Its been 15 years since I had a fake id LOL.

Look man, using a fake ID is a gamble too. If for some reason u get caught (knock on wood) the list of charges may greatly increase. Not only you'd be charged with posession, but also using a fake ID is a fraud, and is a conspiracy, and boy!!! the list just goes on and on. In my opinion using a fake ID doesn't make any difference. You really need to get that Rick Collins book. It cost a little bit of money but is worth it.
U can probably find the book by typing "Rick Collins" in the search engine of your choice (yahoo would do the work). Results after search will lead u to his official webpage. Or you can look at the Steroid and Law forums, and read through the first thread that has his name on it.

Rick Collins book, Legal Muscle, is an ABSOLUTE MUST. VERY well written and I've read it cover to cover. Don't guess, be sure and get educated if you are going to gamble on this.

IMO, don't fake it. It isn't worth it. Pay for the PMB in cash. Yup, two IDs required. Nothing is failsafe and completely anonymous. But the 24 hour pick up option is worth it, IMO. Get it when you feel up to it, when you are ready for whatever you find. That is worth a lot.

There is no failsafe answer for this sort of thing. But be smart, read up, and see what risks you are willing to take.
