plz help,chest routine help?

Mindgame,

That's way too much for your chest. From your pic, you really need to bulk up. I say, eat big and lift big. Try this chest workout

Barbell flat bench 3x 4-6 reps
Barbell Incline 3 x4-6reps
Dips 3 sets of failures.

Always do 2 sets of warmup. Go heavy on your three sets. Controll and move the weight slowly.

Try this one out...

Warm up....
3 sets of dips (12 reps max), hold your chin to your chest while you do these and your knees up to you waist.

sets max reps...

Incline bench 5x6
Decline Bench 5x6
Hammer Press Vertical Press 5x6
Db Flys or Cable Flys 5x6

With each set on the last 3 reps do a five count on the down stroke. Use resistance, this is what will make you grow. Start with 65% of your One Rep max then work your way up to 80% over time.
