large Cucumber less the seeds including the Skin
4PM 5 oz Smoked Salmon and 6 cups of lettuce spinach mix w/ a little vinegear
3 99mg Potassium Sups
100mcg niacinbound chromium
200mg ALA
6PM 16 oz FF Cottage cheese w/ splenda and natural cocoa
3 Liters Water throughout.
I am very active in my job similar to a teacher/instructor and am 5ft 10in 140lb 8- 10%
Are my Cals way too low? This was prolly like 1800 cals, ill probably eat the same tomorrow when I lift. I do this Mon- Fri basicly.
I avoid sugar in the week and refeed on high GI carbs on the weekends. I consume 9000 cals betweewn Fri night and Sunday.
