do you guys think its a good idea to do plyo's and explosive lifts (ex. jump shrugs, jumping deadlifts anything with impact) on a soft surface? would this be easier on the knees?
or is there even a reason to use such a surface for say a jumping deadlift since i dont get very high off the ground?
