I think i want to add a couple of circuit training workouts into my weekly workout.
I used to run track at university so we did these kind of workouts a lot and they were 'fun'.... ha ha!
i know a lot of basics, jumps , leaps etc... and i see stuff in running magazines..but am open to new ideas too
any good websites you can recommend with a hard-intense-jumping-like-a-mad-woman workouts?
