what time do you usually lift at the Y may building? We are talking about the same Y...not the ghetto Y right? THe new building by Ritter Park..

Do you lift in the old weight room or the nice one with the cardio equipment, tv's and music??

I lift at the "good Y". I do somethings upstairs like leg press and hammer strength presses. Most of my workout is in the lower room. I hate that room. I used to do all of my stuff in the upstairs powerlifting room. Then they just had to close that room. They took all of the equipment across the street to the old high school and made a designated "teenage weight room". I can't get motivated lifting those pretty plates with handles! Then they bought those friggin rubber dumbells, what moron thought of that? It's impossible to go heavier than 80 lbs. on presses because the things are so wide. Well, enough of my bitching. I'm squatting tonight.
