Our best friend's little brother was shot in the neck while serving with the USMC in Iraq. He is being flown to Ramstein and it is unclear whether his condition is serious or critical right now. Please, whatever your beliefs are, say a prayer or send some good energy his way. It sounds like he needs it.

Thanks everyone. So far no news at all. I would think the military would be better about letting the family know what is going on. They got the initial phone call and then another one saying that he hadn't been shot, that the munitions dump they were gurarding exploded and one was killed one was injured (the brother) and since then nothing. I hope that doesn't mean that someone will be coming to their house soon to notify next of kin...
