Hey guys im 23 15% bf at 78kgs (174lbs) im cutting for another 7 weeks and I should be 74kgs (166lbs)



I'll be doing intermittent fasting if I can.



breakfast

protein shake (oats eggs whey shake)

total nutrition: 100g carbs 70g protein 12 g fat

post workout: protein shake

total nutrition: 100g carbs 70g protein 12 g fat



lunch to dinner:

350g brown rice: 120g carbs 10.5g protein

250g chicken breast: 74g protein

total:

320g carbs

214g protein

50g fat



How so my macros look? Ofcourse im not sticking to brown rice but alternate between other carb sources ofcourse vegies etc



what do u think ?

Surely there is more carbs in the brown rice than that or is that the cooked weight?

The packet (raw) says per 150 g of brown rice is 51 g of carbs

Only reason I say is because it seems like a lot of eating of little return..

Brown I get is 65g carbs per 100gm rice

Or

Basmati I get 72g carbs per 100g rice
