I just ended my fourth week of my cycle. 250mg sust week, 400 mg equipose week, 50 mg winny ed weeks 4-10. So far I have just started to notice my strength increases and I'm starting to get harder. When will my cycle really KICK IN...I've been eating alot.
8am-egg whites and oatmeal
10am-metrx with skim milk
1pm -chicken breasts and wheat bread
4pm- protein shake
6pm-workout
7:30- postworkout meal metrx with oj
8:30- chicken with potato and or wheat bread

HOWS THAT LOOK FOR MY DIET?

How big are you? Eat more. How many calories and how protein is that? You haven't specified quantity, but you should try for 2 more meals in there.
 
Well bro, 250 sust isn't much and EQ is one of the AS that comes on pretty gradually. If you had kickstarted with dbol you'd stronger and you'd put on 10 lbs in a week or so. Sounds like it should kick in soon.

Your diet sounds minimal to me but you said you were looking to stay thin so maybe you're fine. You just can't expect huge gains with the kind of cycle/diet you are running. You should get quite strong soon...the winny should help in that department.
