Good day all...

So after doing hours and hours of research on gear i decided to post this to clear up a few things. Hopefully the pros can help me out.

About me, I'm 23 years old, been lifting for about 4 years now. I'm 1.73 m and 73 kg, body fat is around 12%. I began training to lose fat and dropped about 5 kg when I actually started watching my diet. I am thinking about going on gear in about a year so that is why I am doing my research now. My main goal is to gain some muscle but VERY important that I lose fat or at least stay at 12%.

I want to do Test Cyp at 500mg a week for 10 weeks as this seems to be the best cycle for beginners. Like I mentioned, I have done research on steroids but I just want to have clear answers.

Training:

I am currently lifting 5 times a week.
Day 1: Shoulders and Triceps
Day 2: Chest and Biceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Back
Day 5: Biceps and Triceps

Following the FST-7 program.

Do I need to change training for the cycle?
Will I have to include cardio, if so, how much?

Diet:

Okay so this is simple, caloric surplus = muscle gain and caloric deficit = fat loss.. Being on gear I would have to increase my calories by lets say 500 calories, will this be used to gain muscle and muscle only or will the be fat gains? Or do I need to stay in a caloric deficit?

Gear:

As I mentioned, 500mg a week of test cyp.

Would it be a bad idea to add anavar or winnie for the last 3 weeks?
Also, because I used to be a bit overweight I have puffy nipples and sure as hell don't want this to become worse so will Arimidex sort this out as soon as I start seeing gyno? At 1mg EOD? If so, do I continue to use it throughout the cycle or stop and then start again if I notice gyno or bloating?

PCT:

The big one...

There are so many debates regarding proper PCT so hopefully I can get some answers here. I have access to the following:
Arimidex
Nolvadex
Clomid
Pregnyl (I believe this is HCG)
Kesser

Will I be able to get PCT from that?

Some people suggest using only nolva and clomid on a test only cycle and others suggest PCT of 10+ products, so again, please give me some advice.

i would encourage you to get some one on one consultation because you are all over the place.

let me focus on your diet and training first which i feel is your weakness here.

you are doing a very goofy 5 day split which you are working your triceps and biceps 2X but your legs, shoulders, and chest 1X.. the tri's and bi's are 2 muscles so why would you train them twice as much as your others? why don't you clean up your split into a 3 day split.. push/pull/legs. go to the weightlifting section and find my workout i put together on that.

with your stats coming off major weight loss i don't even need to see a pic of you to know at 160 pounds you have little to no muscle mass on your frame. i do not feel like a year is long enough to consider steroid use.. you need to be training a solid 5 years the right way to build up your muscle conditioning. i feel like the #1 thing you need to work on is learning how to workout properly from what you have written.. this can take time to develop.

Well, you state that you want to go on gear in about a year and you are doing your research, which I give you credit for, but I would prefer you train clean for at least another 2 years and build a solid base before cycling. You are correct in stating (asking) that Test only is the best cycle for a first timer. Reason being that you can see how your body reacts to it without any other compounds in the mix. It doesn't really matter if you run your Test as Cyp, Enan, Prop, Susp, Deca or any other ester ... it does not change the Test ... it just determines how long it takes before it kicks in and how long it stays active in your system for. The dosage you indicate, though, is too high for a first timer. I always recommend first timers to run it at 350mg/week for 12 weeks ... yes, the dosage might be lower, but it is a MUCH SAFER dosage to run for a first cycle ... and also, instead of only 10 weeks on the Test you get 12 and believe me, those extra 2 weeks DO make a difference in your gains.

I have to agree with Steve though, you do not need any gear yet, but like you said, you're looking at that in a year's time (though I'd prefer at least 2). You need to change 3 things in your life and have them balanced: Train hard, Eat correctly and Rest enough. have those 3 factors sorted and you'll notice decent gains in the next year/2 without even sniffing any gear.
