a friend of mine wants to do a cycle, it's go's like this
week 1-8 400mg primo a week
his stats are 16% fat, 179cm, 170lbs
decent training (3 years) he's 22
i didn't recommend it to him my opininion was to do
1-8 sust 500mg a week
1-8 primo 300mg a week or even 400mg a week.
but he's alittle scary and he says that he have read everywhere that you only need 200mg of primo a week to grow (for me that's total bullshit).
i gona print this thread out and give it to him, to let him see what you guys think he should do, so please answer and say why you think he should do that thing
