Hi everyone,

I recently finished up a 6 week epistrong cycle and gained 10kg, with strength going through the rough. Just started my last week of pct now and looking at starting a proper cycle in about 10 weeks time, assuming post blood work shows everything is good.

I have spoken to an up and coming guy in the fitness world who is always ridiculously shredded, but still gains on his cycles, anyway this was a cycle he ran about a year ago, and I wanted to hear people's thoughts on it as I am considering doing something similar to it.
Boldenone 450mg (16 weeks)
Sustanol 250 600mg (12 weeks)
Winstrol (50mg first four weeks and last 4 weeks)
Pct nolva 40/40/20/20

I am aware that I would need way more for pct. for my epistrong cycle I used forma, test infusion, nolva, as well as cycle support Tudca, dermacrine and joint support during.

What are your stats? How many cycles have you done before? What are your goals for the cycle?
 
The cycle is dependent on the guy, stats/history/etc.

PCT is a little weak.
 
I'm 6 foot 1, was 91kg after my epistrong cycle. I am now in week 4 of my pct and am doing a slow cut. 21 years old, training since 15' seriously last 2 1/2 years, diet and training in check. I am planning a 12 week cut and was thinking of running this around 8 weeks into my cut with the goal of hardening up and putting on lean body mass, I should already be pretty shredded by then as I am an echo by nature
 
Also the guy has similar stats to me. I would definitely use more for pct. would it make more sense to use the windy only at the end of the cycle for say 6 weeks instead of how he has done 4 weeks at the start and 4 at the end
 
Impressive stats.

Test/EQ/Winny can be a great combo. I'm not an expert on EQ but I'm curious as to why you're running it longer than the test?
 
Thanks. Just to be clear this is a cycle I got from an up and coming guy in the fitness scene, from the own research I have done it has been to run sus at least as long if not 2 weeks longer than eq.
I was more just interested in having people rate this cycle and if they think it would be appropriate for me. Wanting to get fairly shredded, but not natty shredded. I want to have that extra level of muscle hardness, but also stack on 3-4kg of muscle. Thanks

Myself I would run the SUST same length at your EQ
and I would probably run the WINSTROL the last 5-6 wks
of the cycle and not both beginning and end.
 
I was having the same thoughts, what type of results do you think I could expect from this cycle with training and diet on point, eating 300-500 above maintenance?
