Please rate my bench press guys

It's not my 1 rep max or anything. Am I flaring my elbows? Do my abs look faded? I know I should consume more calories but I don't wanna get too bloated. My trainer tells me I have great potential and that I should just listen to him but I think my testosterone is low and I just need a boost..what do ya think? Just so that I know I'm not getting fat. I'm also trying to get rid of my stretch marks, I've been lifting for six months and I've gained a ton of weight, forgive my form, I had surgery on my finger awhile back.

Touch your chest! All the way down… complete range of motion.
You are also really lose. You wobble around too much. Take in a deep breath and tense up your whole body to stay nice and tight.
Can not see your angle on the arms so it is hard to say but they do not look like they are going crazy.

Well just a few things that I saw from the video is:
1. Your not bringing the bar all the way to your chest, I realize that you don't have a shirt on but still.
2. Don't worry about your ab's or getting bloated for now. If your wanting to get big you have to say goodbye to the abs and start eating and training like a madman. Bulk now --> Cut later.
3. Work on form, you have one side of the bar going up like 6 inches higher then the other side at times. You need to have good form whether your lifting light or heavy.
4. Start lifting heavier.
5. I doubt you have low testosterone at your age.
 
EAT BRO, SCREW ABS, you have no chest either(not putting u down) but whats more important, ABS or ARMS/Chest/Back/Legs/STRENGTH

Your very skinny bro, time to pack on some muscle. Calories need to be 4k plus man!!

Touch chest and tuck elbows thats all there is =]
 
I agree with the concensus.....your grip is too wide and you are flaring your elbows, you're a shoulder injury waiting to happen, lol......bring the grip in a little bit and tuck your elbows into your lats, also TOUCH YOUR CHEST on every rep and stay tighter. Rowing and deadlifting will be your best friend, you need to get your back and traps thicker and more muscled, it'll give you more stability on the bench.

You also need to eat. The best form and training in the world won't help you unless you eat more......I'm not trying to criticize here either, but motivate.....you need to start pounding down the calories.......everybody in Ethiopia has a 6 pack too, ya get where I am going? You don't even appear to have the type of body where you will store lots of excess fat anyway, so up the calories ASAP.

Why do you think you have low test levels? lol, you didn't give your age, but you look entirely too young to be even concerned with low natural test.

As far as stretch marks, they are your friends for life.....be proud of them, like battle scars, lol.....cause there's no getting rid of them.
 
You do look a little bloated, perhaps it's time to lower the dose of Almonds with your night time meal. If that doesn't work then drop the dose of oats by 200g's, raise your cottage cheese by 100g's ED and try increasing your posting frequency until you're gaining again.
 
Actually, I'd like to know why he thinks his "test levels are low". Do any of these intelligent posters even get bloodwork done? Or is it, "gee I think I beat off too many times, I bet my test is low". And please explain "tons of weight" 'cause I think I'm skinny as shit, and you got me beat...
