It's not my 1 rep max or anything. Am I flaring my elbows? Do my abs look faded? I know I should consume more calories but I don't wanna get too bloated. My trainer tells me I have great potential and that I should just listen to him but I think my testosterone is low and I just need a boost..what do ya think? Just so that I know I'm not getting fat. I'm also trying to get rid of my stretch marks, I've been lifting for six months and I've gained a ton of weight, forgive my form, I had surgery on my finger awhile back.
