OHHH MY GODDD!!!! OK, as you might know, I got a new job at this posh spa in a highly expensive area that alot of pro athletes, famous people, etc, visit frequently. So today is only my 3rd day. My boss ( the "plastic" bitch!!!!) Sits me down to tell me that I have been highly offensive and un proffesional to our guests! I know none of you know me, but I'm very sweet , and friendly, out going, and I BELIEVE have been given the gift of tact, timing, and intuition on when to and when not to joke with people, and always in a clean way. Not once was i intrusive or vulgar. Anyhow, she continues to basically say, she hired me to be a bitch to the guests in order to give a sense of "proffesionalism" and "composure" that I was not to speak to the clients, that i had not "earned" that right like the ones giving the services (im the receptionist) because she just spent an hour sucking the cellulite out of this woman's ASS this now entitles here to SPEAK to her!!! This woman has had so many implants, lipo, face lifts, etc, u name it, that she looks older than younger!she's only thirty something, and actually looks over 50!!! The REAAALLLLL topper though!!! Today, a VERY attractive hottie in a black mercedes comes up to me after work today while i was getting into my car and was flirting with me, my boss saw me as i was leaving. AFTER that guy left my other friend shows up and i hop in his car and we go to dinner leaving my car at the spa. When he comes back to drop me off, she's sitting in her car next to mine, so i make my friend drive me somewhere else! 20 min.'s later we return and i find a note on my car that says, AMY: need you to call me TONIGHT!!! URGENt,!!! So i call and play dumb...knowing what she's inquiring about. She basically tells me, all this guy wants from me is sex, and that what would a hottie want from a young girl like me?! That I'm like a cinderella.!!! SHe's a straight up CUNT and i hate to use that word,,, but she is!!!! SO mush more to this story... but thanks to those who took the time to read it all!!! lol!

At first I was going to finish out the week because IM the bigger person and didn't want to leave her "high and dry" with out a receptionist, but after she crossed the line into my PersoNal life tonight, I feel I dont OWE her that respect now. So I'm going to inform her on her voice mail at the spa tonight so she'll get it in the a.m. that I'm DONE!!! But what can I say without being a bitch so I can make sure she PAYS me for the time I worked the last 3 days???? any thoughts?

I wouldn't quit, I would stay awhile to see how things pan out. (but thats just me) If you quit on the phone, she may or may not pay you and unless you took her to small claims court which would be way to expensive you might just have to walk away. But I would definitly talk to her about leaving notes on your car.

Sometimes women in higher authority act like that to show that they are the alpha, I have worked with a few. Especially when they see things in people that they wish they could be like or do.

My friend that got me the interview in the 1st place warned me about this bitch and i didn't listen so it's my fault! In fact, my friend just WALKED OUT on the job without any notice!!! Should have been my first clue!!! Oh well.... Thats what i get for learning things the hard way! =(

I own a business....did you fill out your paperwork when you started there (tax witholdings etc)? If so, LEGALLY she HAS to pay you.

All the organs of the body were having a meeting, trying to decide who was the one in charge.

LOL Treilin! It's true! My dad gets infuriated with me because he thinks, that I think, My boss is supposed to kiss MY ass. Not so, I just think it would be nice to find a mutual respect, non-power tripping boss. I've been spoiled with one of those for 5 years, so it's hard to re-adjust! It's like when i was in high school, if i had a teacher that always ENCOURAGED me, and i felt they SINCERELY wanted me to do well, I would bend over backwards to impress her/him. I wouldn't want to let them down! I would work hard. On the other hand, if the teacher was always negative or bitchy, I didn't give a shit....and it only hurt myself in the end. But, thats life, and my being a spoiled brat has done me a great injustice in trying to find my way into adulthood... thats why, when I meet parents of teenagers my one big advice to them is to: PUT THE 'SMACK DOWN' ON THEIR KIDS-----NOW before it's too late, and LIFE kicks them in the ass!!!
