Please help

If u are shut down meaning your natty test...u think u are depressed now wait until the juice is out of you(u stopped cold turkey?). You need PCT or stay on a low dose of test until u have what it takes to run PCT. You might want to talk to a doc about depression. Good luck.

I completely dropped the cycle about a week ago. If it doesnt get any better soon, will definately go to the doctor. In the mean time, is there anything else that might help? Any ideas on how long it might be before these side effects start to go away?

Dropping the cycle is the worst advice. Steroids are related to post cycle depression, not while on. So, when you stop that is when depression hits. going to a doc maybe a good idea but you are experiencing depression directly related to a life event (most likely). So, they will diagnose you with Acute Depression or Clinical Depression Single Epsiode, unless this has been a pattern for you. They will probably give you an SSRI, but they take 6-8 weeks to become at effective blood levels.

you can try 5 htp its overthe counter stuff and dont stop cold as sky said

dropping the cycle is a good idea but running to the doctor and getting hopped on anti-depressants is not. anti-depressants really dont fix anything. youll feel great while your on them but as soon as you come off your going to crash and be right back where you started. working is definitely a good suggestion. when i dont work i get bored and start getting depressed. just make sure you stay active and dont sit around the house and sulk. hang out with friends, go out, party all that stuff. just dont sit around by yourself, youll only dig yourself deeper.

if none of this helps then i would go see a doctor. you may have a real problem. anti-depressants are great for people who really need them. make sure you get your natty levels up quick too because your test dropping off will only make matters worse. good luck, ive been feeling the same way myself so your not alone.

Also you could get St John's Wort. Get a good brand. There is psychiatric evidence that is does help to relieve depression.

Thanks for all the advice, i stopped the cycle cold turkey, but still gonna do PCT. I have not ever had any type of depression before. What do you suggest for PCT in this situation?

I am also interested in what you guys think the best PCT would be for a cycle like this. What is best for getting your natty levels up the fastest?

If you have a lot of stuff on your mind that is depressing you, you should do whatever you can to get your mind off it. I was a very sudden and tragic loss in the family last october. What helped me was doing anything to get my mind off it. I worked, hung out with friends, any and everything. I was already talking to a doctor at the time and that helped also just to talk about the situation. I hope things get better for you man we're always here to listen.

I second that :)

Ok, I have a bunch of thoughts here....

1) If you were taking D-eca and enth, then you're not really stopping "cold turkey", those are long-acting esthers so it will take a few weeks for levels to drop.

2) You should already have had your P C T lined-up - basic rule when taking A A S.
If you don't have H C G, get it ASAP and run that first. 500iu ED for 10 days. Run your A-I with that as well until a few days after you're done with H C G.

Now this is where it gets a little controversial... I would stay away from Cl omid if you're experiencing depression. Cl o mid will make you suicidal. I wouldn't bother with N olvadex either. I suggest trying Dermacrine Sustain for 4-6 weeks. No, I'm not selling it nor am I affiliated. It's worked nicely for me and many others. It's a good alternative to C lomid.

3) Don't mess around with anti-depressants, especially if it's an isolated occurence of depression. As already suggested, get some 5-HTP, or trytophan. They will help.

4) Also as suggested, try to not be alone as much as possible. Work, see your family and friends, listen to up-beat music, even go for a walk where there are lots of people around. This helps.

Good luck!
