Hey guys i was woundering a question about creatien?

Ive heard that to take a brake from it for like 2 weeks after you use it for like 4 weeks and my question is do you still work out at the gym when you stop using it for 2 weeks? or you dont work out no more and start going to the gym when you start using it again, thanks :bawling:
 
Keep working out all the time, just cause you are not on creatine does not mean you quit working out.

you arent one of those guys that only works out while cycling are ya? why would you stop working out when you stop taking the creatine? keep working out always, and your results will be much improved next time you cycle anything.

august muscle and fittness quote a study. no side effects with taking creatine for up to 4 years 10 grams a day no references sorry put if weider says it true then fuck any body who says no!:rolleyes:

anyway they usually have good info and they did mention the journal it was published in if anybody wants ill look up the article for the ref:)
 
Oh dear God

All I can say to you nutz is thank God this is only about creatine :rolleyes: , because if this was the real stuff you would probably be pissing your kidneys out or something like that in a couple of months.
 
No you won't loose any muscle while off of creatine....as long as you still work out....i gained naturally for close to 29 yrs before creatine came out i finally dropped it from my routine(yes i got great pumps from it) because i couldn't see whether i was doing anything for me...RADAR
