i keep getting very sick when i eat a lot of food

i recently bought a shitload of tuna (yuck) and ground turkey (uber-yuck)

i ate 4 cans of tuna (1.5 pounds) and 1 pound of ground turkey yesterday w/ skim milk and very few clean carbs. i finally got up to 300g protein (PR?)

i woke up at 4 in the morning with what felt like a boulder in my stomach. it would not budge. i couldnt puke and couldnt shit. i seriously thought i had botulism or food poisoning and really thought i was going to die. i was genuinely scared for the first time in a long while

this happens every time i eat a lot of protein. i'd like to down enough. i have had stomach problems in the past (acid reflux/ulcers) and i have the shits fairly often

suggestions? comments? this happen to anybody else?
 
did you get your previous stomach problems checked out?

maybe your body just cant handle that kind of protein intake and you need to introduce it little by little
 
i didnt get it checked out. i added veggies and almost everything was taken care of so i figured i wasnt getting enough fiber but even w/ a lot of fiber, if i have that much protein/food in me, it doesnt go over very well

i can get 240-250g no problem so i figured 290-300 wouldnt be much of a problem either

i'll add 10g every week or something
 
yea, i'm no expert but i remember when i first started trying to EAT...

I added like a small meal every 2-3 days. When I just tried to eat a ton i felt VERY sick. I guess the body just needs to get used to it like anything else
 
At some health stores you can get digestive enzymes that supposedly help you digest food better. I have no idea if they work but it's something you might want to do a google on and learn about.
