PLEASE HELP-Xenadrine-!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is a repost.. i plan on starting to take tomarow but im not sure how to take it.. so i need help

ok i just recieved my Dimaxx and my xenadrine...
both xenadrine and dimmax are suggested to b taken 30 minutes before i workout. what do i do> i aslo have meal(power bar) about 10 mihutes before this and glutamine.... how do i take these 3 supps???

should i take xenadrine at like 12?? before gym class??

should i just take 2 pills in the morning?? xenadrine??
also ive herd peeple in here saying the most effective way to take xenadrine is to take it.. do 20 mins of moderate cardio then eat breakfast. what is good cardio in the moring?? jump rope?? stationary bike???
how hard is moderate??

but my biggest question is..will morning cardio,.moderate for 20 mins hert my lifting and sprinting performance later in the day????
and can i do it 4 days a week on all lifting days???

will not doing morning cardio..doing me workout and playing basketball twice a week still make xenadrine effective????
its going to b difficult for me to do morning cardio because i have school pretty early...
so i really dont [plan on doing ne....

will nte time cardio b affective wile on Xendrine??

any help will be appreciated

First off, don't eat anything before morning cardio. The whole idea is to do it on an empty stomach when your carbs are low and fat becomes the primary fuel for the workout. I take a xenadrine(or cup of black coffee) 1/2 hour before riding stationary bike.The morning cardio won't affect your later day weights workout-unless your sick or something and your energy levels are really low. Probably forget about taking "X" before gym class.
I always take 1-2 xenadrine prior to weights because my routine is so exhaustive I can do some serious cutting while I'm lifting. (much sweating)
Like any supplement, it becomes less effective over time and with higher dosages. Cycle on-off every 2 weeks to keep it working for you.
BTW-never eat solids less than an hour to hour and half before weights. Your digestive system will pull your blood away from your muscles during the weight routine.And, you need the blood to flood your muscles when you work them.
 
but can i take dimaxx and xendadrine at the same time before my workout 30 mins??? and can i take glutamine also??at that time??

how hard to i have to do cardio in the morning?
how bout 10 mins of staionary bike and 10 minutes of jumping rope??? will jogging hert my knees??
and how long do i have to wate between taking X then start werking out??

how long does it take for X to kick in??
 
I don't know what dimaxx is so I can't tell you if you can take it and xenadrine together.Tell me what it is and whats in it.
you should do at least 20 minutes of cardio-how hard? Hard enough to break a sweat and raise your heart beat -you don't have to kill yourself if thats what you're asking.
The only way to find out if you can run without hurting your knees is to try. Everyone is different.I can't jog without putting too much stress on my kness, so I bike, or do stairstep machine. Jumping rope is good-can you do it continually for 10 minutes?
Take the X 30 minutes before the cardio-at least.
L-glutamine should be taken preferably on empty or near empty stomach- If you take it with or around the time you take a protein drink it will do very little good,losing out to the protein enzymes.
If you can't get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep-take two 4-hour naps or some combination to give yourself sleep time.
 
i just noticed on the bottle for X it says not intedned for persons under age of 18... im 17 is this allright????
 
Rgosit- creatine and xenadrine won't interfere with the other or combine to hurt you, BUT, if you're only 17 you need to be careful with the xenadrine! Start by using only 1 pill the first time(s) so you can see how you react. How much do you weigh and how tall are you? The stuff is potent and shouldn't be played around with.Are you overweight? Is that why you want to use the X?
 
5 foot 6 198 pounds 14% body fat

im just trying to get down tolike 10 percent body fat so im faster.. im not like a fat kid.. but i want to cut some body fat but i dont want to stay around the same wieght
 
so r u saying i can take X and dimmax at the same time..everyone im asking is telling me something completley diff... some peeps are saying it is horrible taking both of them together..
and also telling me that morning cardio on empty stomach is bad.,,,
 
People are gonna tell you different things- I do morning cardio 3 times/week on empty stomach to shred down.If you're just starting out, you might not want to do that. Be more conservative-I've been working out for 15 yearsfor 5-6 times per week.Creatine and xenadrine won't impact each other as long as you follow the directions-Been doing them together for 3 years.If you're a beginner/novice you have to start slower -start heavy on the cardio to strip fat and build up on yuor weight routine. There is no magic pill to eliminate fat and add muscle. I'm getting the impression that you think the creatine is gonna add the muscle-and the xenadrine is gonna take off the fat. Doesn't work that way. The workout routine and your diet is gonna lose fat/add muscle. Those pills/powders only act IF you have one killer workout routine in place. Otherwise, the creatine is going to bloat you and give you digestive problems and the xenadrine is going to make your heart race. The workout/diet is the key..
 
cool,yah i am doin xenadrine and creatine 2in the morning ,2in the afternoon before lifting/cardio and than post workout is creatine......and on a diet 2month strict diet :)
 
well i do have a set weight and running workout and ive been working out for 7 years. ive been lifting consistently since football season ended and for the past 2 weeks we started Xplosive training.
i was going to add morning cardio to try to burn fat.
how many times per week should i do this??
 
how overweight are you? There's no set answer like "4".But, I'd start by doing morning cardio at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes each time.If you're doing no/almost no cardio now that'll helpyou lose-even if you keep your current diet intact.You can always help the cardio by cutting back on some fat(s) and carb(s) every day.No fast food! No fried food! Limit on dessert! + cardio will take the fat off. Should notice a difference after a couple of weeks...you started working out when you were 10???
 
yep././5th grade i started lifting and running as well... i used to b real big on the cardio..but i got to skinny..

im not very over weigth.. if u saw me u wouldent b like look at the fat kid.. i have gained some fat from bulking.. and i just want to get rid of it so im faster....and summers comming up..

so i think i will do 2 morning cardio's this week then 3 next week
start with 1 X tomarow
1 wednisday and then 2 on thursday and friday..

how many should i take on sat and sunday..even though im not lifting??
 
Are you not lifting at all-or just on Sat/Sun? If you're just not lifting on Sat/Sun then make two cardio days those 2 days if you can. Always better to split cardio days and weight day(if you can) because muscle gains come faster. Size loss comes faster with the more cardio days you throw in, but remeber, you lose some muscle when you're stripping off fat- you try to set up a schedule that lets you cut some of the fat, but build as much muscle at the same time. I forgot what being 17 was like-so I don't know what kinda schedule you'd have to work around.
 
hmm..i dont want to b loosing ne strenght or size..

would i lose ne if i did cardio twice a week one dring the week one on saturday..
sat sunday and wednisday i dont lift...

help??

i took 1 X today and i dint feel much.. dint really notice ne thing..but i did feel real good lifting..
but anout a half hour after taking it i fell asleep in class..
 
will i still benfit from X without morning cardio???
just doing my reg workout.. lifting then agiliy..or speed werkout???
 
Why not do the main cardio of the week on Wednes. and Sat? Then lift rest of the week.
If you use the X before cardio you'll sweat off more with the aerobics, but if you use X before lifting you'll sweat more, but you'll also have more energy to do lifting-which is what I think you had this time after taking one pill. Maybe take one pill 30 minutes before lifting-and try 2 pills 30 minutes before all cardio. If you keep up the shcedule you say you got, you'll see yourself begin to look harder after a few weeks. The X will help you burn off more fat during all your workouts than you would without it.Add the creatine immediately after your lifting workouts.
 
well that was part of the problem...

i have dimmax creatine and it suppostdo b takin 30 mins before i lift..
so i took the X at 12:50.. glutamine at 1:45
and the creatine at about 2:20... and i lifted prety well..


another thought.. theres about a ten minute break between lifting and runnign workouts..

should i have about 22 grams pf protein immediatly after the lifting?? i usally have 5 grams of glutamine..
but y i do this is becausei cant have protein within an hour of my last set.,. because the running werkout takes a decent amount of time..so should i take protein between the werkoiut and when im done have protein and carbs????

another question.. does having protein and glutamine together negate them???
ive herd diffrent veiws on this..
will wednisday and saturday cardio effect my strenght size..or fatigue me???or mees up recovery??

last question i do abs rite now on monday and thursday
my Explosive lifting and running days (clean, push press)
and i dont do them that hard..because of squating the next day
i squat tuesday and friday... should i do abs hard on these days??? on a serperate nite session..what is a good ab circuit???

No- don't drink protein supplements after lifting if you're going to do cardio after. Won't do much good and will probably slow you down for cardio. The protein drink is meant to flood your worked muscles during your resting after the lifting workout-if you go running, the protein will most likely be wasted. Instead, drink water or a sportsdrink like gatorade to provide the carbs you need to do the cardio well.Then drink the protein drink after the entire workout session.
Protein and l-glutamine together in same drink seems to give lgutamine short end of stick. I do the separately, but thats me.
Cardio on non-lifting days wont affect your recovery-you're 17 for gods sake,you should recover in 5 minutes, or at least in a day-but you need to make sure you get good session of sleep in. That is really the only time your body makes big recovery.Less sleep you get-the less your recovery and muscle growth.
The big BB's tend to sleep all night and take naps between workouts durnig the day.
Abs-I just do 10 minutes after every workout-that gives me at least 60 minutes a week.You might do more.
 
Yeah, I do abs everyday but not hours of 'em. Your shcedule sounds good, though.Depends on how defined you want them-and how much fat you can strip off to show them.
