Please help with gyno issue (PIC)

Hi all, I have suffered from Gyno ever sense I was a child. I began trying to work my upper chest to try to tighten it up, then began running Arimidex at .5mg every second day, then moving up to 1mg/day. Even at my best point in my physique last year at about 225lbs, 8% BF, I still had gyno and it completely took away from my physique and frustrated me to an endless extent.

What is everyones thoughts on how to beat this? I have attached a picture for you to see. Appreciate anyones feedback.

What is wrong with you? Don't recommend testosterone to someone with gyno.

To OP: try some Letro and Prami to help bring that down. Simultaneously, try to lower your bf down again and keep working your chest

Bro dont listen to this guy. He's a total mess. Def get on letro and prami. Having Gyno that long, you should get it checked out if that doesn't help. My boy had the same thing going on and he had to get the surgery cause it was too far along. See if that doesn't help.

I very much appreciate your advice bro, like you said I think that guy should read some before he makes idiotic remarks that he calls advice.

I have never heard of (Prami) before but I have heard of letro. I have heard moxed opinions on dosages with letro, what would be your reccomendation to me who is like you said working the bf% to be lower again. Thank you again!

I know a lot of people would say not to recommend it but im saying start on nolvadex and letro. once it subsides go with a-dex as preventative. def take a libido enhancer or your dick is a dead dog my man.

I wish you guys most success in overcoming the gyno. I don't ever want to go through it again. I had $3,000 at the time and thought maybe the VAMC would have helped me out, but they didn't!

I read the article bro! Very informative! The only thing that worries me is the fact that I have had it so long which seems to be an issue as people say. I am thinking it will either A) take a lot of anti-estrogens or B) take a good amount of $$ to get surgery.

What would you recommend for a solidl libido enhancer when taking that amount of anti e's?

This isn't from gear right? I'd say before you do anything get your bloods checked. Test, estrogen, prolactin ect ect. Then choose the med. letro works but kiss your joints goodbye and libido and erections as well for a while.
Run the bloods first. Lets see what your levels are I think that's most important then well see what to try.

To answer your question tho...
Hcgenerate is good, unleashed, daa, or if your looking for something more hardcore cialis or something like that will work but check out the compatibility of the different meds. Obviously steer clear of alcohol and weight training will help keep test levels elevated some.

Thank you for the advice bro! I am going to get in to see the doc and get the bloods tested and see what comes up and I will let you know what I find out. I would rather keep the good ol libido strong so getting those tested would be a great idea to save guessing what I should take in regards to letro, etc..

Best of luck and let us know what your doctor says. Blood work is a great first step in figuring out what you feel is best for you. I see lots of patients around your age who have dealt with mild to even severe gyno since their early teens, thinking it would go away some day after the advice of a doctor. Sometimes it does, but if a teen still has it after about 3 years, they are probably not going to get rid of it by waiting it out and doing nothing. - Dr. Asare
