Please help with cycle...

I am thinking of starting with Deca 200mg(The 10cc Bottles), or sust 250. I need to figure out dosage and duration, along with Nolvadex, and the proper post cycle therapy...Clomid and HCG...

...I am looking to avoid as much androgenic side effect as possible...

Here are my stats:

5'10"
215 lbs.

Took a cycle of Refervit B for 8 weeks, then 500 mg of Sust 250 for 10 weeks...back in 2000...Then my shoulder basically fell off, and I had to get it reconsructed due to over use and forced trauma...and I lost all my gains...I also want to drop as much fat as possible because in the three years I shot ut to 24% bodyfat from 7%...my shoulder is still not too strong so I have to be careful...

I hope that helps...I appreciate any insight you all might be able to give me...
 
Sounds like the obvious thing you need to do is lean down some first. Lets be realistic, aas is not going to make you lose weight/fat. Aas is usually prescribed to people with cancer or muscle wasting issues (Aids for example). So when juicing you are going to hold water and usually gain weight. Before you start another cycle, you should get your diet in check and start some cardio. Make sure what your training limitations are with the injured shoulder, and then build a cycle for your goals, which includes a strict diet & training.

I acutally have leaned down from 227lbs when I was at that high bodyfat % down about 17lbs...to a more respectable 210lbs. I figure most of that came from bodyfat because I have only been getting stronger...back into normal strength ranges for me. As for the limitations...I can not do any normal pressing unless a hammer strength machine is involved...no free weight presses at all....and I go for a good stretch on my flyes, but not insane weight...other than that, not much has changed...I still have shoulder pain, but at this point I have to fight through it because the only thing that will help it is another procedure...as for goals...I would like to get back to my normal measurements and be at around 4-7% bodyfat....I have the cardio part down....2x per day in the morning before I eat, and then directly after weight training. My diet is pretty good too...At least 210 grams of protein per day in 30-50 gram intervals every two-three hours...As far as carbs, I take them in only in the morning after my cardio with protein, or directly after training in a post workout drink...around 60-70grams of carbs, and 20-40grams of protein in a shake...if I take any other carbs during the day they will be low glycemic indexed carbs...ie.yams!

I figure by the time I have all of my gear together...I will be at a respectable bodyfat % to start at...4-6 weeks...

My main concern is the ancellary therapy, and getting the ratios right so that I will not have to worry about the androgenic side efffects...so it is really important for me to figure out how much nolvadex, and then clomid and HCG needs to be used and in what prescribed manner...for the dosages that I will be taking, and then if there is a formula for it so that when I experiment with others...I will know how to combine them in the proper way to maximize their effects, as well as the AAS....
