Here's the deal. I'm pretty happy with the mass I have (6' 220lbs 11%). The only problem is I have been neglecting my legs for too long and now I want to change it. This cycle is just for improving my symmetry. I'm also trying to even out my lats and put some mass on my arms.
My training split is
Day 1 = Compound leg movements
Day 2 = Triceps, Biceps, and then only 6 sets for shoulders
Day 3 = simple leg movements
Day 4 = Full back routine (only 6 sets for the bigger sider) and then only 6 sets of chest
Day 5 = rest
Day 6 = repeat
Here's the stack
Weeks 1-3 = 1cc of Karachi sust EOD
weeks 1-5 = 50mg IP d-bal
weeks 4-8 = 700mg Eq/week
weeks 4-5 = 20mg anavar ED
weeks 6-8 = 40mg anavar ED
also .5mg arimidex ED and come down with clomids. I'm only taking 20mg of anavar ED while the d-ball is in me. Then I jack it up to 40mg ED. This is b/c I'm worried about my liver (I will be taking plenty of thistle).
I've always heard it's the heavy leg movements the cause an ab "gut". With all these mass building compouds, I curious as to what type of ab routine to do and how to run it. I'm also rather endomorphic, so that doesn't help. Those guts last forever so I'd rather have my abs suffer than get one. Any input is appreciated. Please help.
