If it is right after your molar than it would be wisdom tooth. Is it possible that you have an impacted wisdom tooth? (not enough room in mouth for tooth to grow properly so it either just sits there or it grows in funny).

I am doubting tmj though, as it is not a sudden wake up in the am hurt thing. I am saying 99.7 percent that it is the tooths

yea i had same problem .. teeth crowd and wisdom rubs molar ..molar sometimes cracks and gets infected ..atleast in my case
