Hey ZYG was wondering if you could help me on this one please read my past cycles and read the question if you have any advice please tell me thanks
1st......Deca 2,3,4,4,4,4,4,4,3,2 clomid
182-193 lbs kept 6 lbs

2nd.....sus wk1-8 500mg
deca wk 1-8 400mg
clen post cycle w/clomid
189-203 lbs kept 5lbs

3rd Enath wk1-8 500mg
deca wk1-8 400mg
dbol wk1-4 30mg
winny wk 7-13 50mg eod
clen post cycle w/clomid
196-218 kept 6lbs

4th cyp 1-10 600mg
Eq 1-10 600mg
winny 8-14 50mg ed
prop 11-13 100mg eod
clomid and no Clen
200-208 Lost 3lbs
Those are my past cycles i used anti estrogens with all except the first one my question is are these gains low for this amount of gear or is that normal to keep only 6 lbs of muscle after the cycle is over and that means 7 weeks after last shot of deca and 4 weeks after last shot of prop and winny. Also i used CLenbuteral the last two times durig post cycle and clomid and kept more weight. Im eating a shit load of protein and moderate carbs when i do cycle i eat alot and clean Isthere something you can help me with or give me some advice to more gains and keep more as well forthe next cycle thanks

Well, to gain more eat more. As you gain more and more muscle mass your metabolism increases proportionally to the amount of muscle gained. This means you are going to have to eat a lot more just to maintain your weight. So you can conclude that diet is in high order to continue the progress. Your cycles look good and your gains are respectable. Nothing to feel cheated about. You have to take into account your genetics. Not everybody will blow up on a cycle. Some progress at a more modest pace as you seem to. Maintaining muscle post cycle mainly has to do with where your muscularity is in regards to your naturla limit. If you're above your natural limit you're going to loos gains without the support of AS.
 
In my opinion one or more of the following has occurred:

1. Diet not in order

2. Training not in order

3. You got fake or way underdosed gear

4. You do not respond well to gear for some reason.
