should I start clomid in week 13 after winny or week 9 or ten...............thanks

What's the longest ester in your test? It probably is not anything longer than would be found in sust. If so, the traditional clomid recovery regime would start at week 13.

Since you're running the Winstrol 2 weeks past the test it doesn't matter much what kind it is.
Start post cycle therapy when you're done with the fast acting Winstrol - week 13.

I don't know of any commonly available esters that are longer then the longest acting ester in Sustenon. Putting the emphasis on "commonly available".
