Please help me construct a bulking diet

I wish to keep adding mass.

I am 6'2, 195 pounds. Right now I am eating 7 small meals a day but I know I could eat much more accurately. Lucky for me I work in a restaurant and can eat as much as I want.

Here is a list of the foods I have daily access to:

-chicken breast
-steaks
-tuna (or if no tuna we have dory)
-pasta
-white rice
-breads
-octopus
-vegetable lasagne
-cereal
-eggs
-pumpkins
-potatoes
-carrots
-peanut butter
-yoghurt
-milk

That's about it I think.

What's the best bulking diet I can make out of this? Feel free to throw any additional foods in (oatmeal etc).
