Please help im new

Hey everyone my name Mike, and I'm new to the site I just needed some help on things and need some schooling on some stuff...Im 22 about 5.9 180lbs I lift on and off and am really looking into getting back into the gym I want to cut some weight from my midsection so In my workouts I will be doing alot of cardio and time in the sauna, as well as alot of water and eating the best I can..I really want to cut off body fat then gain back some muscle when im done, so I'm really looking for a good cycle to start with?? I've read a couple things and have seen anavar..If anyone can help me on a cycle i should get and how to take it..I would greatly appriciate it THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
 
Glad Im getting to you first before these other guys do..Listen..What you need is a good diet..Good cardio routine..and good workout routine...Nowhere in there did I mention steroids...You can achieve alot by eating properly and training properly..
You do not need to use steroids to "cut some fat".....Steroids are for people who have reached there natural limit and want to take it a step further...And even before that takes tons of hard work and hours in the gym.
Take a step back..and ask in another forum for some diets and training routines to cut out that bit of fat you are looking to get rid of..Good luck bud
 
Thanks man, Yea I wanted to try and lose the weight on my own and cut that fat by myself I know its going to be hard work but I'm sure you know and heard it all before people hate how long everything takes to see any changes but i am determined and thanks again..
