This is my first post i have been looking through the archives all night (about 5 hours).

Here is my deal i am about 6'2 180 very skinny. I just got into lifting and have been taking creatine and have seen good results in my strength but not any difference in my physical apperance.

I am wanting to start takin supplements inorder to get bigger, I have been looking at 1AD, 1Test but have heard bad things about them? I would be willing to try real steriods if there are any that i dont have to inject by needle. Basically my question is what would be good for me? Keep in mind i am a college student and cant spend $200 on this stuff so i need things that work so i dont waste money. IF i should stack please be specific in telling what, i am VERY new to this ovbisouly. thanks in advance.

whoa, slow your roll there a little buddy. You said you just started lifting. How old are you? You shouldn't even think about doing steroid until you been training seriously for an absolute minimum of 3 solid years.

You want to know what to buy to make yourself grown...........food, lots and lots of food. If you're 6'2 and very skinny, food is what you need more than any supplement or steroid (and you'll have to be eating a ton anyway).

When you're trying to grow there's no substitute for massive amounts of calories. Anyone on here will tell you the exact same thing, especially if you're still a novice trainer.

Forget the steroids for now.
 
I didnt mean i was SET on steriods...i just wanted an oppinion of something to use to get bigger thats all, and i already eat like CRAZY.

Well then, keep eating, take some creatine, and train right, you might want to talk to some people at the gym you go to, to put you together a good routine.

Stay away from cardio. Concentrate on big heavy compound lifts (Bench press, Squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, military presses, etc. etc. etc.), and give yourself adequate rest time.
 
I was thinking about going with a cycle of 1-AD and Boldione it seems to be good from the search i did. Coming off of it i would use 6-OXO. How does this sound?

I was thinking a 4 week cycle with both, would 1 bottle of each work for that?
 
gsxr1000 is right, and is very knowledgeable.

jdg15, taking steroids at this point would help you realize those gains, but (and no offense intended) you are not ready to take gear. In addition, a simple cycle will cost you at least $200, and for an oral cycle, probably more.

I believe 1 bottle of 1AD gives you a 20 day supply, at the recommend dose. However, I think it's too early to start using these supps.

You should find your routine before relying on supps/gear to help you. Supps/gear can aid you in building mass/strength, but that's all. The most important things are to learn how to train, eat, and rest right. These are the most important things you'll learn. The general consensus is to train a few years before you take the plunge, in order to get these things down right.

So, eat alot of quality food, get some rest, take a multi, and train correctly. Good luck bro.
 
I agree with the above. the right thing to do would be to stay consistant and get a few years under your belt. the thing is, if you havn't figured out your body and how it responds to training, you may end up not gaining much off real gear anyway. that is why a year of solid consistant training first is always a minimum. that gives you your base, and sets your body in motion. you'll also learn a lot about your body and what it needs to respond. just don't overtrain trying to get results faster. more isn't better.

BUT...... if you were to use suttin to help your growth, i would recommend setting yourself up with a good cycle of 1-ad/4-ad stack followed by 6oxo or 1-test/4-ad followed by 6oxo or tribulus fuel. being skinny i doubt you will have an estrogen problem. you need the 4-ad. that will help you bulk. and by the way the PH's work bro. they may not do what real gear can do but absolutely do work. my training buddy won't take anything but protein powder and he just deosn't get the results i get.

For real gear questions, i would ask in the anabolics board. those guys know their shit. i personally would just cycle oral dbal's and clomid post cycle. not the way a lot would do it but, its all i can get my hands on. im still not ready to take that step yet. PH's do a pretty nice job on me.

How many cal do you eat per day?

You can go to fitday.com to see how many cals per day you eat.

At 6'2 180 you proably need to eat at leat 4000 cals per day from food. Use the website, you would be suprised at the result

Soda,cake,ice cream cals don't count.

It is also good to eat 6-8 times per day and make sure your get 200 grams of protien per day. Always eat an after workout protein shake

You will not benifit from an cycle unless you get your diet and Traing down

The best way to get help is to post your Diet and post your traing routine

I know how it feels. EVERYONE wants to get big, QUICK! Unfortunetly, unless you are a genetic freak, this isnt the case! Be patient bud, your day will come, trust me. Itll be worth it...all the hard work and time you put into it will pay off, i promise. Ive never touched a roid in my life, and people who havent seen me in years, or even a few months swear on their lives im taking massice doses of roids....thats just from being dedicated and working my ass off...EVERYDAY until i feel like im going to die (im not saying to be that extreme, thats just me).

You are just getting into it...No matter what any of us say, you are probably going to take something, im sure. IF SO...stick with creatine. Its good for beginners. Also, if you really want a good edge, yes, check into 1-AD. Thats only had great results for everyone i know, including me.

But, if you were to take our advice...just train hard, eat alot, pack on some pounds, take a multi-vit...that would be all I would do (for now, til you get some more experience)...
