All taken weekly not at once but broken as per recommended by sponsors and moderators.

I am having hell sleeping. I was up 29hrs straight then got 4hrs sleep the next day. I hate using chemicals to try to sleep and I've tried and they don't work. Do I need to add some delta sleep peptide? I thought for sure the ghrp would help me out. I have been on the edge about to really go off on co-workers and it isn't gonna be pretty.

If you're wondering why the letro prami and anastrozole it is helping get rid of my serious gyno and after a week it's working.

I normaly use MHP Cyclin to help sleep and I love it but I didn't have a chance to get it before leaving stateside. I haven't tried the Nyquil yet but I'm staring at it hard. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

try swapping out the prami for caber instead

that type of bulking stack is gonna effect your sleep from the extra weight and mass you are putting on.

are you running any support supps? n2guard could help here for sure. you get your bp under control it can have a domino effect at eliminating sides.

all in all if you run that many compounds you are gonna get some sides but you can control it ..

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ i was thinking the same thing about adding caber and losing the prami... you can control the sides to a point but there are some things you are just going to have to deal with on this bro... i wouldn't go the nyquil route... you may want to try need2sleep to help you...

Looks like its already been posted. But Prami had me up all hours of the night and when I was able to actually get a little sleep, I would sweat like crazy and have a really screwed up stomach. I will never use Prami again. Caber is the way to go.

Beer on aas? You must be kidding.

Also a little surprised to see recommendations for Prami elsewhere and now read it causes sleep issues.

Is that for most people or a small percentage. Just curious as I have both coming in the mail to try.

Regards

If you decide to go the prescription route go with restoril I took it after a couple surgeries and that knocks you on your ass. Best part is it doesn't feel like ambien or other sleep meds where you feel like you didn't get any sleep when you wake up.
