Im bulking atm and progressing nicely! When i lift i try and work between 4-8 reps. Starting off with a heavy weight and getting lighter as i go through my sets. I overherd a pt the other night saying it was better to get heavier as you go through your sets. I had a quick peek at jay cutlers program and he does the same. If anyone could explain what the go is there i would appreciate it greatly!
