I usuially get maybe one reply to my questions, if that. I would like a little more help here please.

I am going to take a fat burner in another month. Im not sure which one yet, becuase i dont know much about it. I posted on here and nobody gave me any advice on which one to use to drop my bf from 8-10% to around 5-6%.

Now when i start using it, should i stop taking my weight gainer? Should i stick with strictly protein after workouts? How many times a day should i take my protein a day during this time? All reply's are welcome. THANX.

why are you using a weight gainer if your trying to cut(I assume your trying to cut).buy optimum nutrition's protein. it doesn't have but like 1-2 carbs a serving and use instead of your weight gainer.

Fat Burners are largely dependant on if your body can tolerate them. You may have to tr a couple different ones to find one that works best for you.
Drop the weight gainer, cut the carbs, and increase protein intake.
I agree, Optimum is good protein for the $$

i agree get rid of the weight burner and up the protein, but you still need some carbs post workout (just not the shitload of dextrose that's in weight gainers). eat good souces of carbs like potatoes, brown rice, whole grain bread, ect since you're cutting.

They already did a survey on the boards asking people which fat burner they liked best and Xenadrine won. I was at Target of all places looking for it and I found it on the shelf right next to something called Xtreme Lean. I checked out the ingredients and they are identical. None of the other copy cat ones has the same stuff as Xenadrine. It was wicked cheap too like half the price. It is working great for me. I would recommend it to anyone unless you are someone who only buys brand names.
If you are trying to lose fat in my opinion you should keep the carbs to only after you workout. Try and stay under like 50 for the day if you want fast results. I realize some people are gonna freak about this but we are only talking about doing this for a month or two in order to get cut.

Ok, it sounds like you want some kind of complete suggestion...
Here is what I would do:

50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat
protein:
50% from casein if you can get it
30% from whey post workout
20% from other protein sources, preferably tuna, egg white or chicken.
carbs:
30g postworkout of dextrose
Eat a small bowl of oats sometime during the early part of the day if you workout that day. Otherwise, don't and bring your carbs down by a third. The rest of your carbs are fibrous vegetables the rest of the day. You may even eat less carbs, that is ok. Less than 50g per day if you want.
fat:
You will probably get half your fat from your food. Add flax to fill in the gap.

Don't eat fat with carbs.

Eat 20% less than maintenance calories. You may eat one high-carb meal per week, but ONLY after an INCREDIBLY intense workout, and keep it lowfat and CLEAN! Spaggetti Marinara would be a good choice.

Do 45 min. cardio every morning on an empty stomach and wait 60 min. to eat breakfast. Make sure your cardio is truly intense.

Take 25mg ephedrine HCL, 6mg yohimbine HCL, 200mg caffeine 3 times per day. Make sure you can handle the yohimbine, though.

Don't eat within an hour of bedtime. This will ensure that your morning run will be effective. Some may not agree with this, but it works I believe.

Is that what you wanted?

Definatly sounds good to me

I was taking the weight gainer to bulk up, and i was planning on goin off it to cut. I am going to follow plorn's diet plans and workout, but im gonna take xenedrine as the fat burner. Just one more question. Is this going to take a lot of muscle size off of me?

With as much cardio as I suggested, yes. You could reduce it a little bit by reducing your cardio a bit. Also stick some heavy workouts in on non-cardio days. Make the caloric deficit small and eat enough protein. These will all prevent muscle loss.

I suggest starting with the fat-burner 1 month out from the end of your diet. No more than 2 lbs. per week, probably more like 1.5.

No one advised you when to take your portein.. I agree ditch the weight gainer during your lean phase and eat a good low carb protien product within 30-40 minutes after training. Xen has always been very popular but not without cost. Some people can't handle the ehpedra so, if its your first time start below the daily dosage. Don't take it after 6pm if your on a normal sleeping schedule and don't try to double up if you miss a dose.

If you can't handle ephedra you'll have to look for a non-thermogenic product. These don't seem to work as well but it is sometimes the only legal option. ;)
